Professional Development

  • Would you like to become an ELT professional?

  • Are you already a certified teacher looking for ways to progress?

  • Are you looking to develop your teaching skills and expand on your knowledge?

Then this course is for you!

This is a distance learning course which is an extension of the training received during our 4 or 8-week intensive Trinity CertTESOL . It is designed to empower you to take control of your professional development in order to become the ELT professional you envision yourself as. Through this online course you will be able to develop your teaching skills as well as fine-tune your strengths, and improve upon any weaknesses that you have. There will be teaching and observation tasks that you can complete at your current school where you work.

You will be assigned an online mentor for support if taken as online distance learning. Your mentor will oversee your professional development throughout the course via Skype meetings. Your mentor will also provide guidance with your action research project and help you take steps toward achieving your goals. If you take the online distance learning option then you need to be working as a teacher in a school for the teaching and observation tasks.
